Event Director/ Sponsorship Coordinator

Ben DeWitt


A competitive runner, mountain biker, triathlete and more, Ben brings years of racing from the small 5k’s to world championships to the table when he helps out at events. He knows exactly what every runner is going through and try’s to make the experience as fun and safe as possible.

One of Ventura County’s best runners ever, Josh has single handedly hosted or helped host dozens of events. His connection with the running community is second to none, and he truly understands the needs, and concerns of his fellow athlete.

Volunteer Coordinator

Mira Reverente


An avid runner, hiker and kickboxer, Mira has years of volunteer coordination experience under her belt. She is currently training to complete the Rim to Rim Challenge at the Grand Canyon in Arizona, this coming spring.

She has successfully recruited and trained thousands of volunteers for the Ventura Marathon & Beach Party, Santa to the Sea Half-Marathon, Lexus LaceUp Running Series, Ventura Hammer Half-Marathon, Love Run Westlake and many other local races.

When not working or working out, she is busy chasing down fascinating people to interview for the Ventura Breeze and the Conejo Valley Happening Mag. She is also completing her first non-fiction book, due out this summer.
