Refund Policy

Mountains 2 Beach Refund Policy

NOTE: There may be Vaccine and/or Mask and/or Negative Covid test requirements if mandated by the Event/City/County/ State. Refunds will not be given if you are unwilling/unable to comply. This will be better known as the event draws near.

-Covid 19 Policy- only in effect if the entire event is cancelled due to COVID 19.

If the Mountains 2 Beach Marathon and Half is cancelled due to Covid 19, the following policies are in effect for participants;
-IF YOU PAID A REGISTRATION FEE FOR 2022- Refunds or the option to defer or donate your entry will be available. See steps 1-4 below to request a Refund. (No Processing Fee will be charged)
-DEADLINE TO REQUEST REFUND 5/31/22-any registrations fees left “Active” after this date will be donated to keep M2B and its employees going.
-IF YOU WERE A DEFERRAL FROM 2019, 2020 OR 2021- No refunds will be available. You will be automatically deferred to the next M2B free of charge.


**If the event is permitted, our normal refund policy below will be in effect.

Refunds are allowed until 12/31/21 with a $25 processing fee.

  • After 12/31/21 there will be NO refunds. Please see our Deferral or Transfer Policies if you are unable to attend this Memorial Day Weekend.  

Here is how to request a refund if you qualify:

  1. Login to your RunSignUp account you created when registering.
    *If you don’t see your current M2B registration, you may have multiple RunSignUp accounts, be sure to login to your correct account or contact Run Signup for how to merge those accounts into one.

2. Click on Profile which is under the round Run Sign Up logo in the upper right menu bar

3. Under Upcoming events locate Mountains 2 Beach Marathon and Click on Manage Registration button

4. Click on the Request a Refund and follow the prompts.
